How to do it
- EnterFrom a forward fold over your standing leg, lift the other leg back and up as far as your flexibility allows. Hands on the floor or on the shin of your standing leg.
- HoldYour torso draws in toward your standing leg as the raised leg reaches its heel toward the ceiling. Try to keep your hips square. The height of the leg is secondary. The line is what matters.
- ExitSlowly lower your leg and stay in the fold for two breaths.
